Services
What I do, and what is actually included.
Three services. Most projects are one of them, or the first two run together as a single engagement.
01
Brand identity systems
The whole system, not just a logo. Naming if you need it, the mark, color, type, voice, and a guide that makes all of it usable by someone who is not me.
What is included
- Positioning and messaging foundations
- Naming, or a review of the name you have
- Logo, mark, and wordmark, in every format you will actually use
- Color and type systems with real usage rules
- Voice and tone, with examples
- A brand guide your team can follow without calling me
02
Website design and build
Design through deployed site. I write the copy structure, design the pages, build them, and hand you something you can update without a developer on retainer.
What is included
- Sitemap and page-by-page content structure
- Design for every page, not just the homepage
- Built, tested, and deployed on your own accounts
- Contact forms, analytics, and search basics wired up
- Fast, accessible, and readable on a phone
- A short handover so you can make edits yourself
03
Brand refresh
For when the name and the reputation are right but the look is doing you no favors. I keep what is working, fix what is not, and tell you honestly which is which.
What is included
- An audit of what you have, with plain reasons
- A clear call on what to keep and what to retire
- Refined mark, color, and type
- Updated templates for the things you send most
- A rollout order, so it does not all have to change at once
Scope and cost
Priced per project, after we have talked.
I do not publish a price list, because I have never met two projects that needed the same thing. A five page site for a solo consultant and a full identity rebuild for a forty person firm are not the same job, and pretending otherwise would just mean padding one of them.
What I will do is give you a fixed number before we start. One conversation, a written proposal with the scope and the price on it, and no hourly billing creeping in later. If the scope changes mid-project, we agree on that in writing first.
What I need from you
- A rough sense of budget, even a range
- Who makes the final call, and who else needs to weigh in
- A real deadline if you have one, and the reason behind it
- Access to whatever exists already, however rough
None of that has to be polished. It just has to be honest.
Not sure which one you need?
That is a normal place to start, and it is a better question to answer together than alone. Tell me what is not working and I will tell you which of the three actually fixes it (sometimes the answer is none of them, and I will say that too).
